NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing for NDFC Docket 2020-1 regarding funding assurance for the decommissioning of Seabrook Station will be held on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held telephonically. Any party wishing to participate should email the NDFC Legal Counsel, Harold T. Judd, at hjudd@acciongroup.com who will then provide specific instructions on how to participate. This public hearing will fulfill the requirement in New Hampshire Statute RSA 162-F:21.IV to hold at least one hearing in the Town of Seabrook.
